awful experience, every time I spoke to someone I was given different information. was told the service fee would go towards the cost of a new motor for my washer, then told no it won't. was told the motor was being ordered while on the phone with the girl i talked to, received a text message the next week saying they weren't going to order the motor i should order it myself. was OFFERED a refund and then told two days later, no we aren't going to give you a refund. one of the times i was on the phone with one of the girls who answers phones there and she sounded like she was seriously hungover or on something. the staff there need SERIOUS, SERIOUS training because no one seems to know what is going on at all. crazy unprofessional!

I stopped in to see Bri And told her I needed to purchase a refrigerator I explained to her what was going on with mine and she quickly made me an appointment to get mine serviced. I can’t thank her enough because she saved me a lot of money by knowing how to problem solve better than I could. give a big thanks to Russell for showing up being on time and always doing a fantastic job I have nothing but respect for the whole establishment.

I called Bri at tidewater appliance about an issue with my dryer a center guys over to my house very quickly in a timely matter they ordered the part and it was fixed within the two-day period due to the weekend Thank you thank you guys for taking care of me and my family needs you guys are the best at highly recommend them for any of your appliance needs or even purchasing a new appliance ask for Bri or Russell. Jay was the maintenance guy that came over to work on my dryer very knowledgeable hard-working he got the job done very quickly thanks again Jay for all that you did.. very very satisfied highly recommended..
