Automatic Leasing Service

If you are a property manager looking to contract out your W/D maintenance, find another company like Appliance Warehouse. They own and service the machines where I live and work. They'll do anything to get out of work, including walking away after you answer the door. Cancel without rescheduling, falsely claiming to complete work orders, bringing in non-functioning machines as replacements. I can't stress enough what a terrible headache they are for me as a resident and property management staff.

We’ve had two lemon washers and one lemon dryer from this company. We had our second washer broken that was given by this company and put in a ticket with our complex the 23rd of September. They don’t ‘fix’ it until October 3rd. The first load I notice a knocking noise and put in a ticket right away with apartment complex because of how long it took last time and they put a ticket in to this company the following day. Guess what? The washer dies three days later October 6th after only 3 more loads. Technicians show up the 8th and don’t even try to open apartment door when apartment complex gives them the key. They don’t come back until October the 10th, today. They give no time frame for us to make sure we’re home, leave door wide open for 10 minutes when we have cats in the apartment. Tells apartment complex the furniture is in the way, if we were home we could have moved furniture. Also, they let a mouse in my apartment by leaving the door open and my cats were trying to chase it around for literally 2 hours when we were about to go to sleep after a long week and still not a working washer and a dryer that doesn’t even dry properly. Don’t trust this company. If you’re an apartment complex looking at reviews, you’re better off buying your own units and just replacing it/using in-house maintenance team when the units go bad. Don’t waste your money on this company, the technicians can’t get a washer replaced in half a month. Unhappy tenants = lost business. Attached are photos of camera where door was left open. There is a 2-3 minute time gap so not sure if door was closed between 1:58:30 to 2:00:00
