I worked with Lott's Appliance in sourcing a part for my LG washer, after discovering a bad drain pump. They were able to find the part easily and could get it ordered and in-store in 3 days.

I never even went in store. I ordered while speaking with Hailey. She was very helpful and patient with me. They guys that delivered were nice and even put up with my dogs and moving things around a bit to get furniture out/in. The prices are fair and I will likely reorder from Lott’s again. As far as the couch goes- the cushions slip off due to my dogs, but that isn’t a store issue. I ordered some friction mats, so hopefully they will help. You all have a good team, keep it up! Give them a raise!

Fantastic deals, I didn't spend any more than I would at a big box store and was able to pick up same day as they actually have merchandise in stock! Revision: DOES NOT stand behind what they sell. Only one payment made and the laundry stack breaks down and the best I get is call the manufacturer. Lesson learned.

My husband and I have been renting an apartment for the past 13 years, and our landlord allows us to order appliances when necessary and take the cost off of our rent. Lotts is THE place we go first to see what's available. We've ordered two used washing machines from them in the past 13 years, and today Lotts delivered a used dryer. The people at Lotts are the most courteous, friendly, and helpful people. Lotts has quality used and new appliances, and their prices are reasonable, plus their delivery and takeaway prices are fair also. My husband talked at length on the phone yesterday with Haley and Robin, who were wonderful to speak with. Jonathan and Derek delivered our used dryer today, and they were in and out of our apartment within 10 minutes. My husband had gotten our old dryer ready for them to take away, taping up the cord and door, and Jonathan and Derek told him they appreciated it. My husband didn't mind doing this as everyone who works at Lotts is so nice. Our current washing machine is a Frigidaire, manufactured in March of 2001 (23 years ago), and which will probably need replacing in the near future. We will most definitely be contacting Lotts to purchase a used washing machine from them whenever our current one bites the dust! We're extremely satisfied with Lotts, and we'd encourage anyone to do business with them!!!
