Shafa Babashova, the design coordinator at Bray and Scarff/Tysons is the most gifted, talented and amazing kitchen designer/coordinator! We had received design input from some other companies prior to meeting her. They typically were just replacing the cabinets and countertops. Shafa however was the one who presented a new layout that gave us more storage space, a more open/spacious feel and an architecturally gorgeous and interesting kitchen island. She is so pleasant, patient and attentive. She has a great software program and large screens that allow you to make changes/move things around and visualize what the design will look like. They have a lot of product options. Shafa also works to help lower costs whenever possible. She reached out to me to inform me of manufacturer sales for both the cabinets and the quartz. What's also great is that the kitchen design can be coordinated with the appliance selection. Once I purchased my appliances from Brian (who is the best!!), Shafa and I looked at all the finishes together to make sure that the pulls match the colors of the appliances. It is so nice having the appliance showroom right there!

Brian Mitchell (store manager) deserves the highest possible praise for his outstanding and unparalleled customer service. He is kind, patient, down to earth and so knowledgable about appliances. He explains things so well and can identify the best fit for his customers. He also tries to go out of his way to find specials/deals and rebates to help the customer financially. I recently bought a kitchen appliance set that looks beautiful and is high quality at a great price thanks to his assistance. If you want to learn about appliances or buy them, go no place other than Bray and Scarff Tysons and ask for Brian.

We had an great experience at the Tyson's Bray & Scarff location. We purchased a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, and hood, and our sales associate, Stephen, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He took the time to walk us through all the options in the showroom without any pressure, giving us the space we needed to make an informed decisions while offering practical, helpful guidance. Stephen’s communication is really what stood out. He kept us consistently informed with updates and check-ins throughout both the purchasing and delivery process.
