In the last two months we replaced a refrigerator and a washing machine. We happened upon Tolson Appliance Center through an online recommendation. They beat the Big Box store price. The service personnel were Tolson employees not random teams, and their technical and sales support were generally much better and more personnel than the national design center company we had used in the past. We were kept in loop through the design, sales and delivery processes. The installation teams were very experienced, professional and completed the jobs well. When we had a question after the installation, the lead tech dropped by and answered our questions. We will definitely use Tolson for future appliance related purchases and their associated design center was helpful for future considerations.

A few months ago I needed a dishwasher. I also wanted a small chest freezer. Of course I did the big box stores but I ended up at Tolson's and I am very thankful for that. Dan, my salesperson helped me find the perfect dishwasher and freezer with no pressure at all. Delivery was arranged and was on time. Unfortunately I had plumbing problems so the dishwasher could not be installed properly. Towson's hooked me up with a great plumber and got it done in no time. There was a small dent in the freezer and they were more than willing to replace it for me. Now I've gone back and gotten a stove from them. I won't go anywhere else. Go to Tolsons you won't be sorry!

Let me start at the beginning of my experience. After more than a year of trying to get the dead oven in my 42" Wolf Range repaired, my husband and I decided to bite the bullet and buy a new one. We had already spent more than $600 dollars to have the certified company listed on the Wolf website tell us that the parts we needed were obsolete and the oven could not be repaired. When we got to Tolson's we found a replacement range and went to the counter to pay for it. Before paying I mentioned my concerns about Wolf parts going obsolete to Olivia, the woman who was helping us. She immediately started asking more questions about the problems we had been having and then shocked us when she said that she thought the oven could be fixed. We made an appointment with their technician, William, who was beyond professional and extremely knowledgeable about Wolf ranges. In an hour and a half, William completed the task and left the area where he was working absolutely spotless. And now, after 15 months of no oven, I have one that works perfectly!! Tolson's could have sold us a new range and reaped a tidy profit, but instead they helped us fix our problem. And guess what? When we put in an outside kitchen this summer we will be right back at Tolson's buying appliances for that project. And when the 25 year old SubZero refrigerator and Wolf Range finally do need to be replaced, we will only look one place: Tolson's. I will shout their praises til the day I die.

Tolson appliance has been a go to for my wife’s family and the other day, last minute, my wife and I had to get a washer and dryer! We knew what we were looking for and the gentleman that worked there was amazing in helping us get it right then. I picked up a trailer and then got they helped load it up. Entire process only took about an hour. Going back for a Blackstone!! Highly recommend
