Spichers Appliance

When I went in to order my washing machine, the sales rep was very knowledgeable. Did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. The whole transaction was quick and painless. Price was great and delivery went well. They came during the allotted time they advised they were in and out quickly, very friendly very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Doug and Nathan from Spichers (Winchester) recently delivered and installed a dryer in our home. They did an OUTSTANDING job under challenging circumstances. They were courteous, competent, extremely capable, and professional. They had to work in a tight area, and had to make a number of adjustments such as properly aligning the side vent from the dryer to the outside of the house. They refused to accept results that may have led to later issues, and did not stop until all aspects of the installation were excellent. I highly recommend Spichers and especially this team.

This is the third appliance we have purchased from Spichers. Their sales staff has been professional throughout. They have been able to answer all our questions without needing to go find someone else. The delivery team was just as professional as their sales staff. They were on time and ran a test to make sure the washer was functioning before they left. This was much better than dealing with a big box store.

As always, Spichers did better than an excellent job with my repair of my microwave. This organization is incredible! They are on top of all things service related. I have an extended warranty with a company Spichers no longer deals with, and even though this extended warranty company is ridiculous to work around, Spichers finds a way to get the repair done in a timely manner, obtainable the necessary parts with only one visit and is efficient, effective and loves what they do. I would highly recommend Spichers to anyone in their area looking for an appliance. I only wish more businesses operated like Spichers. Would do business with them again and again. Thank you Spichers.
