I had an excellent experience with Better Appliances. Abdul was extremely helpful and professional—he communicated effectively, sent pictures, and made the entire process smooth even though I was purchasing from out of town. The delivery team was punctual, professional, and removed my old refrigerator without any issues. Everything went seamlessly from start to finish. I reached out to better appliances through an ad on Facebook marketplace for a gas stove that I was interested in buying. I needed it converted to propane, so they ordered a kit to do that. It took about a week before they were able to determine that the kit wouldn’t be suitable for that model. Over the course of the next few days they came up with two possible candidates for me. One was a used, the other was “ New“ (simply an open box item). They did manage to get that converted quickly and delivered next day. They took away the old stove and installed the new one. Upon closer inspection, I did find there were some damages on the corners that had been painted over. And not a very good job at that. All in all I was reasonably satisfied with the experience.

I came in discouraged about my washer and dryer not working thinking I would have to spend close to 1600. I worked with Faizan who got me in and out in under 30 minutes. He was so professional, great conversation, made sure I was educated on what I was purchasing and got me a deal on a refurbished stackable washer and dryer. I will most definitely be back if needed and recommend this company for appliance needs. Thank you Faizan!

We didn’t purchase from them, as we have been 20+ year members to Costco. It seems they have decent well rated industry product (washers and dryers) at competitive prices. I write to recommend Mohammad. He was more than thorough and went way above the job to provide needed information. He seemed to care about our situation and needs to get a great practical value. The Maytag pic here may still be available. I recommend this gentleman. You just know from one sales rep to the next about those that care about service. Great job Mohammad.
