Judd & Black is absolutely the region's premier appliance retail store. My recent experience of a week ago was outstanding as sales technician Cory Simpson answered all my questions with clarity and professionalism! I was so impressed with his knowledge and expertise that I purchased not only a sorely needed washer, but a matching dryer. He made the financing process painless and reviewed in detail the various product rebate programs through Maytag and PSE. This well respected local specialty retail store goes beyond expectations! I was scheduled to receive delivery on June 8th but received a call from Cory telling me an earlier delivery date had just opened up and I would receive my appliances June 5th. I can't wait for my delivery and to meet the crew on Friday! Thank you to Cory Simpson and Judd & Black for an excellent buying experience.

I ordered a washer and dryer set online in preparation for a move. I was notified by Cory that the set I wanted was out of stock, and offered several other options that were very similar. Needing full delivery and hook-up, Cory let me know quickly when delivery would be and what to expect. My husband and I have been a customer at the Everett and Marysville Judd and Black for about 30 years, and have always had wonderful customer service and terrific appliances. It’s very nice to know that with our move up north that we will be able to depend on yet another Judd and Black location!

Cory answered all of my questions and gave me a variety of options, with a list of what each set of washer and dryer could do for me. After talking about the different options, and deciding on a set, he confirmed my choices with his own experiences of the set. My husband later called to ask a few more questions, and to get some changes made to the set during install, so the washer and dryer setup would be functional in the laundry room. I have already ran one washer load, and am currently running the clothes through the dryer, and I'm currently happy with my new washer and dryer. Thank you, Cory. We purchased our home in 2023 and this was our first big appliance purchase for a new Washer/Dryer. Jordy in the Bellingham showroom was awesome. He greeted us first thing as we came in the doors, showed us all our options and gave us detailed information about each option, and finally worked with us to order our preferred machines. The delivery team today was also fantastic. They were very kind, and even went above and beyond, noticing that the dryer door swung into the washer, and asked if we'd like it the other way, which we did, but didn't know was an option!! Seriously a seamless process with reliable information provided the whole way through. Thank you, Jordy, and delivery team specifically. And thank you Judd & Black!! We will certainly be back for any applicance needs in the future.
