Oleg was great to work with! Not only was he very responsive but he was able to fit our repair in right away at an affordable price, he was also very knowledgeable about our appliance. He clearly diagnosed the problem let me know what the fix was and got my consent prior to completing the work. I’d definitely work with Oleg again should another appliance issue arise.

I had an excellent experience with the technician, Oleg— who fixed my washing machine yesterday. The unit is in an extremely tight, stacked setup in my townhouse, and multiple professionals before him said it was nearly impossible to even get it out—let alone repair it. He approached the situation with patience, creativity, and clear expertise. Despite the challenging space, he carefully maneuvered the unit without causing any damage and was able to diagnose and fix the issue efficiently. What really stood out was his problem-solving mindset—he didn’t just give up when things got difficult, he figured it out. Professional, respectful, and highly skilled. I’m incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend him to anyone dealing with a tricky, unconventional setup and or any home appliance issue.

Oleg was simply terrific! I called him in the late afternoon and he was there within an hour - I was not expecting same-day service, let alone only an hour wait. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and respectful of my home and myself. He assessed the issue and we talked about options together. He not only fixed the issue I contacted him about but also noticed a little something else and fixed it as well. Wanting to guarantee not only a professional job but our safety in our home.
