Redmond Vacuum

In this day and age of online shopping, i cannot say how much better it is to buy a vacuum at a local shop. It is clearly an unbeatable experience. The owner is fantastic and gives a good explanation and comparison of all the vacuums. We had wandered in here in the past, and despite not buying any vacuums at the time, he patiently explained everything to us in such detail that we knew we had to come back. He is also super great with children and let my 3 year old assemble the vacuum. I would highly recommend that people wander into this historic shop.

I had never had problems with my vacuum cleaner before so I was nervous taking it in for repairs. The staff were so friendly and kind. They took the time to explain my options and pricing and gave a reasonable timeline for when I could pick my vacuum cleaner back up. If I need any additional repairs, I will be back to this place. Our family was in urgent need of air filtration and purification due a serious and unexpected mold issue at home and Redmond.Vacuum came up as a distributor for the Air Purifier we were looking for. Although they didn’t have the one we were originally looking for, Jonathon helped us get different air purifiers at a reasonable price, not once but twice. The second time we contacted them after hours at 6pm and he responded back and even came in later that night at 9pm, when we really needed it, so he could get us the air purifiers we really needed. He helped us a ton by getting us the additional air purifiers, he could have said no as it was well after normal business hours (and on the day they were closed). But instead he didn’t, he came in and he even assembled them all for us. That is the type of customer service that is hard to come by these days. I see why the reviews are so positive. They are well deserved and Redmond Vacuum deserves your business too. We have a lot of Vacuums and don’t currently need one but we will buy a vacuum here as soon as one of ours breaks just to give them our business again. I had a great experience at this vacuum repair shop. I brought in my old vacuum expecting a repair charge, but they quickly identified a small issue and fixed it on the spot—at no cost! The staff were incredibly kind, honest, and helpful. It’s rare to find businesses that prioritize customer service over making a quick buck. I really appreciated their professionalism and generosity. Highly recommend them if you need vacuum repair or maintenance!
