Albert Lee Appliance

This was our first experience with Albert Lee Appliance. Out of habit, we started our Saturday at our neighborhood Lowe’s. We were immediately struck by how little the appliance salesperson knew about the actual appliances. Despite that, we still purchased the replacement refrigerator there because it seemed like an OK price and they could deliver and install the next day. But we decided to swing by Albert Lee in Lynnwood on the way home just to double check, and we are so thankful we did. We were greeted upon arrival and were quickly assigned a sales associate. Jean was so knowledgeable about the appliances, which allowed us to tailor our selection to include features we did not know were available. We purchased a better refrigerator for $500 less, even after adding a 5-year protection plan. Jean made a few calls, and before we left the store, we had same day delivery and installation scheduled. Once home, we were contacted by the delivery driver who confirmed our time, and in short order 2 nice fellows showed up at our door. They were so very careful and professional during move in, set-up, move out, which really showed they cared about our home. Finally, their in-depth knowledge of the product was welcomed as they answered all our questions before leaving. Again, this was our first time experience with Albert Lee Appliance, but it will definitely not be our last.

While the showroom is very nice with plenty of choices, we walked in to purchase a new dishwasher - already knew what we wanted, and were ready to transact - we were ignored for probably 20 minutes (the store was NOT busy) so we left and made a purchase elsewhere. Today's dishwasher is tomorrow's subzero fridge and freezer, not to mention outfitting a new construction - so they didn't just lose my business on the dishwasher - but a near future of a number of appliances we will be purchasing -we had actually used them years before so expected we would get the same decent service we had last time - possibly everyone was just having an off day - but they lost quite a bit of future business because they couldn't even be bothered to politely come up and say "hey - sorry - we will be with you in a minute - let me grab you a coffee".....

We should have started with Albert Lee from the beginning. We were on the hunt for double ovens. Knowing nothing and researching online we stopped by several appliance stores including Albert Lee in Lynnwood. We were greeted by sales associate Jeremy Tatom (very knowledgeable and friendly). Jeremy gave us the information we needed. However we were shopping with a toddler and needed to go. The price for the double oven we wanted were quoted the same price on Lowe’s.com. I must admit I was going for the easy option and purchased through Lowe’s. Everything seemed normal with Lowe’s except a few days before delivery they told me, unfortunately Lowe’s does not support Apple Pay (which was an option on their website), Lowe’s told me I needed to cancel and reorder. I could not just modify payment. Lowe’s could not give an estimated delivery date until I re-ordered. I decided to cancel with Lowe’s and call Jeremy. The process was seamless and I had the double ovens delivered 4 days later. The delivery crew was fantastic and took my old ovens away. Easy = right in my world and I’m very happy with Albert Lee service.

From the minute we walked in to Albert Lee Lynnwood and met Jake the sales associate, we were warmly greeted and immediately felt comfortable. There was never a feeling of high pressure to buy at anytime. Jake was relaxed and easy going with us which helped make our decision to go ahead with the appliance purchase that same day. We quickly finished paperwork and scheduled delivery the following week. We were kept up to date with delivery time throughout the day and Fernando and Abraham arrived on time in the scheduled window. They were both very respectful of our home with removing the old and installing the new appliance. Fernando was exceptionally polite and courteous while testing out the new appliance making sure everything was working properly before we signed off on the finished paperwork. From start to finish a fantastic buying experience, we highly recommend them. Thank you so much to the Albert Lee Lynnwood team!

We recently moved and one of our biggest worries was that we would have trouble fitting a laundry center in the tight and narrow space that was dedicated for it. We called Albert Lee to ask for their input and they were so friendly and helpful. We let them know the machine we were interested in and we sent them pictures of the laundry space, the narrow hallway that the machine would have to fit through, and all dimensions. After they said they could install the machine, we were able to order it over the phone and the machine arrived 3 days later. The delivery/installation team was great! Very friendly and informative, and they were able to successfully install the machine without any issues! All in all, excellent customer service from the beginning, friendly and informative. They even said we could refuse delivery and get a refund in the event that the machine could not be installed, since we did our due diligence with providing pictures and measurements. Would recommend Albert Lee to anyone and will definitely use them in the future for our appliance needs.
