1 Year UPDATE: Still absolutely love this fridge. I've have 0 issues with it even being used. Super happy with this and still thankful to VSG Applicances. I've been searching for a 2nd fridge for months now. Finding a used one has been painful. I found VSG on FB marketplace and messaged Cecelia. She responded almost instantly and went out of her way to help me find what I wanted. I told her my price range, color, and style and she literally walked around the store and sent me photos of all the fridges in that range. Then when I narrowed it down to one, she sent me a full video on messenger to let me see the entire fridge. I basically bought a used fridge from my office chair and it showed up the next day. The delivery guy was 15 minutes early which is unheard of. He refused to accept my $20 tip and moved the whole fridge himself effortlessly. These people are top notch. Free Delivery. 6 month Warranty. Super happy!

Highly recommend VSG Appliances! Great customer service. I knew a big box store wouldn’t take the time to figure out the parts we needed for our refrigerator. VSG Appliances took the time to research and ordered it at a reasonable price. On top of that, Victor offered to reassemble the parts (it was complicated) so we could install it ourselves. What a great business.

When I first arrived I didn’t know what to expect. Cecilia was amazing in showing me every fridge that met our criteria, and giving me the full run down of all the features, what’s been fixed, information about each fridge, etc. She was quick to answer all of my questions, and even helped with negotiating the price down so that we could get the fridge we wanted, without compromising going with a smaller option. Then she made sure to text me each step of the way through the instillation process and afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly. The guys who delivered and installed the fridge, and took our old one, were very kind, and respectful of our home. They made sure to take care of the fridge they were installing and also making sure our floors and walls weren’t affected by anything. The whole process was made super easy, and we are so glad we chose VSG appliances, and will be using them again in the future for appliances and highly recommend VSG appliances to friends and family, and anyone who needs appliances!
