Washing machine was leaking. He called ahead to make sure he could arrive early. Was fixed in 30 mins, showed me what the problem was. It has been 5 months and things are still working great. He also fixed a small problem with my dryer house, no charge.

Craig (The owner) did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed the problem ordered the part ahead of time and the repair was done very quickly. Friendly personable, and definitely knows what he is doing. Frig is working great. Saved me from having to replace my refrigerator!

Great experience with Craig at Rob's Appliance Service. He arrived prepared, diagnosed the problem right away, and had the correct part ready to go. The entire repair was done in under an hour, and he clearly knew what he was doing. My stovetop is running perfectly now. Highly recommend and would absolutely use them again.

Rob was quick and knowledgeable. He was able to accurately diagnose the problem with our oven over the phone, order the part ahead of time, and had quick availability to swap the part out for us. Oven is good as new, all at a reasonable price! Absolutely will depend on him again the next time we are having an appliance problem. Thanks so much!

Called Rob's because our washing machine wasn't draining. We have a front loader and many repair services won't touch them so I was relieved when he said he could come by the next morning. He arrived promptly and an hour and a half later our washing machine was working again! Cost was minimal....the trip fee is included in any repair costs instead of charging it on top like other places do and pricing is more than fair. And I'm not sure what magic he did to our washer....not only is it draining perfectly now but it's cleaning clothes better and is much quieter than before! Top notch, highly highly recommend. Thanks Rob's!!!!
