Extremely unprofessional. Made plans for delivery, I ordered the part needed and sold from under me. Very unethical and unprofessional. Would not recommend as I don't not believe that someone who conducts business this way would be trustworthy to sell working appliances.

Harlen is easily the best used appliance dealer and staff is unmatched. He's come out to my house twice to fix an issue and even showed me how to install refrigerator doors to my fridge. If you buy a used appliance from him, he has taken all apart and inspected it fully. Not to mention he will stand behind it. I'm so impressed in a time when everyone is a scam. Thanks Harlen. Really thank you. If there were more stars I would give them to you. Oh and did I mention he had to come all the way out to Benton City!?!
