Was going to buy a standing freezer from Costco, but a friend recommended I check this place out. They had exactly what I needed, much less expensive, and were great to deal with even delivering the freezer to fit my schedule. I noticed after delivery that a shelf was missing from the freezer, so I called and had a replacement shelf right away with no hassle. Will be coming back for future appliance needs!

I could not recommend this place less. Purchased an appliance was told that would be ready an hours. Then I was told it would be a day. Then I was told four days later it would be that day. Finally picked it up eleven days later. Left multiple messages.No one returned my calls. Met one of the owners who was a truly unpleasant person who acted like all of the things his company did wrong were not a big deal.Because that's just business they do. So if you like overpriced garbage and really , really poor business practices , and you enjoy being lied to , this is in fact , to the place you need to go.

We bought a dishwasher here though Acima back in June, and it never would clean the dishes it would always leave them dirty and filthy. And we returned it long ago, and we called to cancel the lease today. And they wouldn’t cancel it as Acima would take the money out from them, not the customer. And we still have to make payments on something we don’t even have anymore. This place is a scam avoid at at costs.

Hey I didn’t want to pay/play my part in recycling a freezer for 35 dollars when I already pay for recycling and trash, but hey you gotta do what you gotta do. I would have given 5 stars just for the Seahawks bench in the office and the guys outside… the guy in the office seemed a little short and preoccupied with other things. But I won’t knock them for a job well done. In and out in hurry even though I wasn’t in a rush.

Love coming here to pick up a deal! I recommend this place to my clients all the time when preparing their home for market! New appliances are always a plus and picking them up for a discount is too!! It’s a win win! I always check here first! Sometimes there are some dings and scratches but usually it’s in places you can’t see once installed! And they can always order new covers if it is!’
