Fred's Appliance

Chris (who fixed my Bosch dishwasher) was very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of dishwasher repair. I enjoyed his friendly personality. He wasn’t in a rush. I could tell he enjoyed his work. He took time to run through the basics of using the dishwasher, saving me having to read the directions book. He was empathetic to my experience of buying a brand new dishwasher that didn’t work and to the frustration of the lack of help I had been experiencing before Fred’s stepped in, which made me feel understood. I will be using Fred’s service in the future.

Wanted to give 5 Star for not only Josh my sales guy at Fred’s appliance on Monroe. He did a great job answering all my questions even with the extra mile to try to find me pedestals for discontinued, washers, and dryers, and then help me with the stacking kit with the new washer and dryer. And also five stars for the two delivery drivers they were on time they were courteous. They did amazing work. They even gave me a minute to clean underneath the old washer and dryers before the new ones were installed. Great job all around and I will definitely be using Fred’s again.

First of all, when I called about my refrigerator, I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady. I couldn’t find my original paper work & she was able to tell me everything I need to know. Repair called promptly & an appointment was made for a tech to come out. I was given a two hour window when the tech would be coming. Then again about 1/2 hour before arrival. Daniel, my tech was right on time. He is pleasant, well spoken & very professional. As a side note, I ended up at Fred’s because I was looking at a refrigerator that was on sale at Lowe’s. That model was not on the floor. Once I found someone to help me, she suggested I go to Fred’s Appliance to see if they had one I could look at. Not only did I look but ended up buying the fridge, stove, microwave & dishwasher! It’s refreshing to have sales people available & knowledgeable.

I went to Fred's new northside store when my fridge broke. Ben the salesperson was very helpful and I found a new fridge in the ding and dent section. The price was very competitive. In fact, it beat the big member store that I often shop at. Ben made the process easy and convenient. When I got my delivery on the promised date, the delivery guys were amazing and went above and beyond to bring in and set up my new fridge. Thank you Fred's and I highly recommend this store.

From the sales experience at their store downtown Spokane to the delivery, Fred’s did not disappoint. My sales guy, Steve, took the time to walk me through recommendations and advice about the appliances I was needing. He went above and beyond and told me about different options that I wasn’t even aware of. He helped us with our first appliances package 10 years ago, and now with our addition, we got the same stellar service and great buying experience. The delivery was a fantastic experience as well; great communication and on time arrival. Brandon and his assistant were polite, respectful and got all of my entire appliance package up a massive flight of stairs in frigid temperatures. This type of service is why Fred’s is the only place we ever shop for appliances. Highly recommend!!!
