Do not buy there warranty/ repair plan. It is useless. They do not staff enough people to actually fix any of your appliances. We got a quote for 3 months out to fix our broken washer that they sold us. 3 months is a useless service. We had to pay some other company to fix it because we couldnt wait 3 months. You might as well use this to your advantage and negotiate the cost of your appliances down. Do not pay for the warranty.

For the past few years I've had the pleasure of working with Dru. He has helped me purchase an LG over the range microwave, Midea dishwasher, and recently an LG ss zero clearance door refrigerator and an Electrolux titanium front load washer and dry set. Can't say enough about how helpful and patient he was with my various questions. Thanks again Mr. Wolcott! Up next will be a new range and hood vent set up!

Building our new home, suggested by a friend that we check out Fred’s Appliance and we are very happy we did. Jake Didler, our sales rep was helpful and kept us informed. We purchased Cafe range, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator plus Electrolux washer and dryer. Deliver time was on some items were months out, once all our items arrived they stored them in our warehouse till our new build was ready. Delivery was scheduled and went well. Very pleased with our experience.

Just received delivery of a new washer and dryer set and a new refrigerator from Fred's Appliance. The delivery men were incredible! Steep stairs, sharp corners and everything was done carefully! Really great job! I also had a great experience in the showroom. Ryan spent a lot of time with me and then Kris finished up the sale. Both were very nice and very helpful. When we built our new home we used Fred's for all our appliances and that was a great experience, too. Very excited to use my new appliances!
