I had an amazing experience at Fred’s Appliances thanks to Steve! He made the whole process incredibly easy and clearly knows his appliances inside and out. Steve actually listened to our needs and directed us to the perfect equipment that fit both our lifestyle and our budget. We will definitely be buying all our future appliances from Fred’s. In early February I visited Fred’s at their new North Spokane store. We needed a new washer-dryer set to replace a 20 year old set at my bed bound mother in laws home who we are now living with. We wash multiple loads a day, of sheets, towels, clothes and blankets. Devin Sands greeted me and showed me 3 sets of top load W/D, good, better and best. He was clear in describing the options available from each manufacturer in cleaning and drying and also what made each set mechanically different. That information helped me decide on the best option for the situation, the mid-range LG set. As we finalized the sale, he worked out a delivery schedule around both our travel plans and early spring road restrictions affecting our NE Washington region. He also made sure I received the LG brand rebate which helped reduce the purchase price. I was very thankful for his ‘no pressure’ help in the process. I have purchased several appliances from Fred’s over 30+ years, and continue to be pleased with their service.

We had a very pleasant visit today, we were shopping for a new refrigerator and were greeted by Steve as we walked in, he was very polite, easy to talk to and after a few questions he was able to show us a model of the fridge that we ended up getting. Price was great. Service provided was nothing short of amazing. Digital price tags make it extremely easy to see all the necessary information about each unit and the price is updated automatically reflecting sales or everyday price, it even shows the count of available units in stock. We highly recommend this location.

Went there approximately 1-2 weeks ago to look into getting a full set of appliances for our new home being built. We walked in, and immediately got help. The salesman was nice, explained things perfectly. Where the issue falls short, is he had to excuse himself once to help a fellow customer, no big deal. But as we kept looking, he said he had to clock off soon to go to a tire appointment he made. Which again, okay. So we told him we wanted at least a quote with a list of appliances and he said he would get back to us the next day. So we left. Well, we haven’t heard anything. Normally, we would go back or call to ask whats going on, but my husband and I have learned if this is how they treat their customers the first time around, then this is what it could be like going forward. We were serious buyers, not some people just window shopping. The salesman should have giving us another salesman if he couldn’t help us in the moment. Hopefully other people have better experiences than we did!
