We were in search of a new washer.?Service at Fred’s Appliance store on N Division in Spokane WA was great. Joshua was very helpful in explaining the differences in products so we could make an informative decision on what we would purchase. Delivery was a tiny bit late but the delivery team was great. Friendly and got our washer set up in no time. Update I am liking our washer. I suggest getting a narrow hose attachment to keep the lint trap area clean. I like that I don’t have to worry about clothes being left wet in the washer anymore. Still learning all the nuances. Update: 7/2/26 This washer is nice if you don’t have a big family with tons if laundry to do several days a week. However, the time to wash and dry a load is longer than a separate washer and dryer. The lint trap is difficult to clean. To many nooks a crannies that are difficult to get to even with a long brush and vacuum hose extension. I am thinking I want to go back to separate washer and dryer.

Tanner was the sweetest salesman! He was very patient w us and went over the machines we were interested in. Very personable and easy to approach and talk with....we just loved him! I bought a washer and dryer 2 weeks ago from here and will be forever grateful for how patient they were with me. I went in stressed, overstimulated, and didn't want to be shopping for appliances. I left half an hour later with a really good set that stacked (I had a small space to work with) and all the information and parts I needed to set them up. They gave a a great deal and made the purchase way easier than I expected. 10/10 will recommend them to anyone that asks.

Fred's made our purchase easy, but the installation has been a nightmare! Our first washer was found to be faulty, so I called my salesman to work out a swap date. It has taken them 2 weeks to come out and remove my faulty washer due to "miscommunication" from the warehouse. Never once did they apologize for their error or offer any clear explanation. Originally this was a 5 star review, but the follow up has been pitiful at best. Shape up Fred's! I bet I wouldn't have this much trouble with Lowe's or Home Depot. Come on...
