He was not pushy and made sure that we got what we really wanted. He also went above and beyond to make sure that both appliances would be delivered on the same day. We really appreciate Tanner!

Fantastic recent experience that reinforces why we typically buy all of our appliance from Fred's. Josh and Tanner helped me choose a brand new fridge and there was a mix up with the delivery team as they hauled off my old fridge, which was supposed to be put in the garage. Fred's 100% stepped in and made it right. They exceeded my expectations without me even having to ask. That's service. The big box stores would have just referred me to the delivery team, and they would have played a blame game back and forth with each other costing me hours of time. Who knows if I ever would have had or resolution. Been there, done that, which is why I use Fred's for everything. Things happen but they stand behind their name & reputation.

Our old chest freezer of over 30 years decided it was finally time to go to freezer heaven. I purchased an Element Technologies 21.2 freezer that has the ability to work as a refrigerator if desired. The price was fair. The delivery went very well arriving with the two hour window they gave me. Letting me know when they were 15 minutes out. I have done business with Fred’Appliance before and will do it again when the need arises.

5 stars all the way!!! My delivery/install guys went above and beyond the expected service! They were personable while also focusing on the work being done. We ran into some issues with the doorway and with the power source and they helped me figure out the issues I had and helped me work out how to fix the issues. I had a phenomenal experience, truly. Brandon was the delivery driver and his partner was a hilarious and sweet ginger dude, I do not recall his name but it was his first day and he was exceptional!
