This is one of the “ certified “ companies to get any service done through whirlpool for warranties, yet they haven’t figured out how to share a live schedule with each other for accurate appointments. So when I called on a Monday for my appointment that was scheduled that day, is when I was informed that no one would be out until the following week on Wednesday… over a week from the initial appointment. Surely won’t recommend a company that is lacking right from the start.

It's always good when you can leave a good review on a services provided. I had an issue with a less than a year old dryer a couple weeks back,the tech was mediocre to fair ,the reason I used the above statement is because,I got a lot of I think,I think this is what it is,even upon completion of the service work I got the I think this should do it. The tech left and sure enough the dryer went out again. My wife called for service again,and we got Steven. I have never had a tech show up, and already have the issue diagnosed before even looking at the unit,that told me he did his research before showing up to the call. What makes the visit even better is that Steven explained and showed me what happened,and why it was happening,and even had the new part in his hand before he walked into my home. Long story short my dryer is fixed. A++++ from start to finish.

Steven is courteous and super knowledgeable. He got the luxury of working on both the second and third replacement dryers sold by the local appliance experts. Two different part failures or an improper venting can cause the same symptoms and he recognized and explained what I needed to have the seller/installer correct the sloppy install after the seller’s service plan of just replacing parts didn’t work out. The office staff is fantastic!
