My experience with Banceu’s Appliance was excellent. George arrived in a timely manner; he was well-prepared; thoughtful in his diagnosis of possible problems; had effective solutions and was exceptionally professional. Not only did he repair our refrigerator but also the broiler ignition in our range!! The repair cost was competitive but more importantly, George was competent and honest. 🙏 I even offered to treat him to lunch but he respectfully declined. Without reservation, I will be recommending this outstanding to others!

George is absolutely fantastic - we have used him for years at multiple houses. He is incredibly knowledgeable and provides honest work - he never tries to sell us on things a repair doesn’t absolutely need. I wouldn’t call anyone else !

(2) no pressure- just did an assessment, made a recommendation asked what I would like to do. (3) they had to order a part. They called me back and arranged the installation with no additional calls from me. (4) high level of expertise.
