Upon walking in (4/4/2026) there is a strong cat urine odor! I should have walked out! Instead, I picked out & paid for a washing machine. Later that night, I was told by my friends who went with me that two refrigerators had live cockroaches in them! I called Gordie’s Monday morning, after three attempts with the machine I was finally refunded the full amount. I told her why I wanted my money back and I told her that it’s like being at the Humane Society! She replied, “I know it smells. We can’t all be perfect.” As for the live cockroaches, she blamed that on the motel the refrigerators came from! Zero accountability! Zero apologies! WHAT A DUMP! They’re lucky 1 star is required! PUKE!

Terrible. Washer dryer combo has had issues since the moment I got it. Leaks. Doesn’t work well at all. Now the dryer completely quit. They won’t service anymore bc I am out of warranty. Just all around has been a hassle and poor customer service. Not quality equipment. Clearly not tested before sold. Avoid.

Stopped in to look around and was immediately ambushed with a "can i help you"... Said not yet, just want to look around. "Well what can I help ya with"... Just want to look... Would not stop. Maybe give your customers a chance to look, breathe, freaking think! I walked out. Too much!!!

Went to locate a light switch for my older refrigerator and, he went right to his parts area and came back with the switch within minutes. I didn't have any information other than a picture of where the switch went. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend for anyone's appliance parts repairs.
