Our old dryer broke down and we needed a new one quickly. So, we went to our favorite choice, a family owned, and operated store – Orsini’s. We like shopping there because they have a good selection of whatever we need for our home; and, we know that if something breaks down, we can rely on them for service. We found just the dryer we wanted and were even able to get it installed within a couple of hours! How is that for good service? The dryer was delivered and installed by Steven and Joe and they did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, were friendly, and respectful both of our property and our new purchase. After hooking our dryer up, they tested it to make sure it was running properly. Before they left, Steven explained all the features and answered our questions. What a great transaction this was. I’m glad we have Orsini’s locally. We look to them for all our home and appliance needs! Happy 4th of July everyone!

I had the pleasure of meeting Steven Snow and Trei Sager they came and installed my fridge and realigned the doors for me to make it work so the doors would not hit the cabinets or walls. They provided me with all the knowledge I needed and they were locals so I was able to ask about the schools for my kids if and when they attend as they told me they attended north and south middle and 👨🏾‍🎓 graduated. Great guys and I would recommend them as a team. They accomplished the task and was able to answer questions on their own 👍 I would recommend my kids to work at Orsini’s in the future. I need a dryer next so I’m hoping I’ll meet them again or have as good as service as they did. Great job 👏🏾 jobs fellas keep up the great work and I hope to see you soon on the next delivery 📦 🚚 .

Got our second appliance from Orsinis today and couldn’t be happier! Cecil and Dillon delivered our fridge and hauled the old one out and they couldn’t have been any more efficient, tidy or polite! Their customer service is impeccable and they are always so friendly! It’s nice to work with local people; it’s like having neighbors come over to help with your home improvement! We also got a good recommendation on an oven vent hood that would fit in our space and look good with the new fridge! Looks like we will be calling them again soon!
