Appliance Connection

Bought a dryer from and they said we would deliver it next Friday. They called the next day and said they couldn’t deliver it since we were a couple of minutes over 30 minutes of driving away. Even though we are actually only about 18 to 20 miles away. We bought a blemished dryer,thinking we were saving some decent money, but found we only saved $50 over an unblemished one. Not much savings considering you now have to pick it up yourself, carry it in yourself, install it yourself and get rid of the old one yourself. Never shop there again.

Beware!! On average I purchase 6+ appliances per year. Whatever you do, Stay away from this place. I purchased a brand new refrigerator from them that was a complete piece of garbage. It was repaired 4 times within a year and is still broke. Scott Parsons ,the salesman promised to try to do something with it and hasn’t returned my phone call in weeks. Don’t trust them or their junk appliances.Believe it or not you can get better service from Lowe’s.

Negative stars if that were a thing.. My parents bought a "Whirlpool" stove from them and it wasn't right from day one. They kept sending out repair men and they were never contacted by the owner of Appliance Connection to discuss the issue, nor was he ever available when they visited the store. Eleven months after buying that stove they have been forced to purchase another stove from a big box store. A big box store that stands behind their products.. Sad and shameful when you try to support local business and they basically discard you as trash.. Never again!!! Appliance Connection maybe try being a company that stands behind your sales and supports your local hometown buyers.
