Knowledgeable service, amazing staff! We came in right after they experienced a power outage and that didn't stop them from serving us with excellence.

BEWARE!!!! WORST BUSINESS TO BUY FROM. If I could give a negative star I would. My mother n law purchased their washer Aug 5th, 2025 and the stupid washer wasn't delivered for 3 weeks! And the washer was nothing but issues from the start. They came out and got it to make repairs and they had it for 3 weeks!!! And brought it back and still had issues. They sent out a repairman 2 more times and they issue never got resolved and after the last time, the woman yelled at her and hung up on her. We have every intention of reporting them to the bbb and looking into a lawyer. They refused a refund and now refuse to fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Quick to sell appliances but no service after the sale. Internal lack of communication between departments and lies upon lies. I purchased a brand new SQ TC5 in June of 2025, the dryer circuit board went out the week of Thanksgiving and Jeff’s Appliances was notified that same day. I was set up an appt. 2 weeks out for a tech to come diagnose. The day the tech was supposed to come I receive a call and the tech decided to diagnose it over the phone to save a trip. So, I regrettably followed their lead. Here it is the 16th of December and my dryer is still not fixed. A tech has never came out to my home. I am supposedly waiting on a part that is in Fresno, CA. My question is, why did you diagnose over the phone on Dec. 4th and not order anything until Dec. 10th? Knowing the holidays were upcoming there should have been more diligence as well as better communication. And Doug told me Monday the part was in Ohio. I then gave Jeff’s the benefit of the doubt and said I’d check back Wednesday. No call Wednesday. I reached out and was told no info, I stated not acceptable and you finally looked into it further but still with no solid timeline for repair. This tells me he wasn’t even aware of there being 2 parts ordered. Don’t worry Doug, neither was I. Someone obviously got their wires crossed. I have spent days on the phone waiting on calls back and countless hrs placed on hold for absolutely nothing. Go elsewhere those of you thinking this place will be better than Lowe’s or Home Depot. I swore I’d never return to big box stores for appliances but this place is worse than both combined. I have a mountain of dirty clothes, those with stains most likely ruined by now, a broken dryer, and no answers. Let’s try Big Sandy! Note: I do not feel this is as much a SQ problem as a Jeff’s problem. My first clue when I purchased it should have been the guy telling me to bring my own loading help because they were short staffed. Being someone who is fairly handy with appliance repairs, I believe the thermofuse is the issue. Not sure why a rather expensive dryer is such a dud and has failed in 5-6 mo. —this I do hold Speed Queen responsible for. It overheats, burns bedding, and performs worse than much cheaper dryers. I am addressing my issue with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and, if needed, the WV State Attorney General’s Office.

We have been waiting without a washer since December 11th. Took 4 days to get a service call. Speed Queen washer needs belt and pump. We were told 3-5 business days. We are now 10+ business days into it and more than $100 at the laundromat with no answers. We have called and left messages with service that have not been returned. In order to speak with a real person, you have to call and ask for sales - of course, they pick up. We have been told the parts are stuck in Ohio and they “aren’t in”. I would think twice before purchasing again for Jeff’s. Their prices are no better than anyone else’s and their service is worse.

Excellent experience. The ordering process went very smoothly; Jonathan was polite , professional and super helpful , Brittany was very nice and helpful scheduling the delivery and installation , and the delivery and installation by Bert went very smoothly. Everyone was wonderful to deal with ! My new GE Cafe stove is exactly what I want and Jeff’s Appliance did a great job.
