We've called Bigelow for service twice in two weeks and it was great. We need to replace the refrigerator and, after figuring out what we wanted and pricing, we went to Bigelow’s. They had what we wanted and the price was very competitive with reasonable delivery, installation and take away. We are very pleased that we can buy locally.

Excellent GE French door, Bottom, Freeze, Water dispenser and Ice maker. Talk about great service. Our frig had died so they delivered a loner frig at no additional cost. The new frig was delivered and installed at the appointed time. The experience was professional and very respectful of our time and home.

We can’t say enough good things about our experiences with Bigelow. We have used their repair service numerous times and it has always been very reasonable. We have also purchased a washer and dryer and the pricing was fair and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend supporting this great local business!

Great experience! Walked in & explained my issues and parameters about sizing and what I wanted…received advice, options, and walked out with new appliances to be delivered and installed w/in my expected time frame. Very happy with my experience. Couldn’t have been easier.

2 years ago my husband and I purchased a refrigerator and a stove from the friendly Bigelow store. We also purchased a new washer and dryer this last year. They did a fantastic job delivering and hooking up each time. They also very kindly took our old appliances. We are very happy with our products and the wonderful service.
