Lyle's T.v. & Appliance...

I recently purchased TV's from Lyles and had them handle the installation as well. The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The sales team was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. They made the purchasing process easy and enjoyable. The installation team was equally impressive—kind, courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. They completed the installation efficiently, ensured everything was working properly, and left the area clean when they were finished. It's refreshing to work with a company that provides such excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I ordered some new appliances from Lyle's TV & Appliance a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately my measurement was off by 1/16 of an inch! After they lugged out 2 old refrigerators down some pretty difficult stairs to maneuver, they had to move a cabinet, shave down part of another cabinet and were able to get my new refrigerator to fit perfectly without doing any damage to my new cabinets or any of my walls going up and down the stairs. They were at my home for hours! If I would have gone with a big box store, they would have told me "no way", taken those appliances back to their warehouse and charged me a restocking fee. The guys from Lyle's were awesome! Hardworking and very kind! If you need new appliances I highly recommend visiting Lyle's!

I just purchased a refrigerator. They were very helpful in selecting a counter depth refrigerator. When I researched and compared prices with Lyles compared to Lowes, Home Depot and Wayfair, Lyles was $100 less than the other stores. They also delivered, installed it and took away the old one. I just love it, it has alot more room. Every time I pass by the refrigerator I tell my husband, "did I tell you lately how much I like our new refrigerator? " I will definitely go there again for our other appliances.

Best reliable and locally owned appliance store hands down. The previous owner of our house had them install a set of SPEED QUEEN washer and dryer and then fall of 2023 we replaced our oven with an LG smart gas range. As of now, Summer 2024 we replaced our old broken dishwasher and fridge with the matching pair. We couldn't be happier with our experiences with them and will always give them a call when we need anything appliance related!
