Everything thing about this purchase deserved a 5 star rating. From the sales staff to those who delivered the appliance. The sales staff helped us to make a purchase that was not the original option, which was not available at this location. We then looked at another option for which we would "settle" for, but was given a far better option upon further research. The delivery was on time, and extremely efficient! These guys were "Johnny-on-the-spot"! They worked so well together in not only delivery, but on installation and removal of the old appliance. They were also very friendly and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend Grand Appliance for those who are in the market for appliances.

I originally walked in just to browse and compare options, with no intention of making a purchase that day. Mike took the time to walk me through several brands and models, clearly explaining the differences without any pressure. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and patient he was. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped guide me toward a refrigerator that I genuinely like. He also made the entire process seamless by setting up delivery and installation on the spot. Mike even took the time to explain the extended warranty in a way that actually made sense. I usually skip those, but his explanation gave me enough confidence to go ahead and purchase it. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience, and I’d highly recommend working with Mike if you’re in the market for appliances.
