I finally got my LG refrigerator/freezer repaired today by their service man, Dave. He went out of his way, helping me get the repair covered under warranty. It took numerous calls to LG to get it coordinated. I can't recommend LG (I'll never buy another appliance made by them). However, Dave is 5+ stars!

Business must be so good that Karl won't make service calls to Crandon unless he has more than one! A 14 year customer, spent > $3000 with them, not any longer! C'mon Karl, 10 miles and you want to wait for another call in the area before you send someone to service a failed dryer?? My how times have changed!
