We went to purchase a dishwasher today and had poor service. The person who was working the counter actively disregarded common requests for price matching and was condescending. We canceled our order and purchased from Best Buy for a better price with better service.

Stopped in and was not impressed. Waited for service, people sitting around, and no one even said hi. Prices higher than in Madison and kind of expected the same or a little better. The young man that did help us seemed to know his stuff, but talked so fast, I felt we were an inconvenience and interrupting him and being hurried out. We were in to buy a Speed Queen. Not a cheap washer... we left. 3 stars for his knowledge.

Our MIL needed a new stove, and so we ordered from Tri-County. The installers were excellent. Very perfectionistic in his approach and he made sure the stove was level and perfectly placed. He showed a great deal of patience toward my MIL. Appreciated the service and attention to detail. Transaction was smooth from order via telephone to the delivery and installation. Thank you!
