Things were not working the way they should and they promptly found a technician who knew these systems, and sent him to our home the following afternoon. Alex showed up on time, with a smile on his face and much patience. He had lots of knowledge and skill, and after a couple of hours he had our system straightened out and working smoothly. Their knowledge and professionalism is second to none. I've gone years with no issues period for plumbing. Now twice in the past 5 weeks I've needed help. Both times T.L. Sinz staff stepped up to the plate, and dealt with challenging issues. When you appreciate people, you keep coming back. A special thank you to all the staff as well. We've been battling a septic issue on and off for the better part of the year. One place pumped the tank which ended up being an incorrect assessment of the issue. Another place was not returning our calls requesting someone come take a look at it and eventually said they couldn't get out before the end of the year. I called and spoke with Shawna at Sinz and started getting somewhere right away. She was helpful and knowledgable. She helped me get more information up to their office and even had a hunch of what the issue was before one of the techs could look over the info. A tech confirmed what Shawna suspected and Chad came out to fix the issue. He could not have been more friendly or professional. He took care of the issue quickly and was kind enough to answer our questions about the whole system. I'd recommend TL Sinz for their prompt communication alone, but their straightforward suggestions and friendly staff really put them above the rest.

Chad came to the Airbnb we own on July 1st at 2:13 PM after I had called about my electric tankless water heater failing. He brought with him a 50 gallon electric water heater and he was able to wire it, plumb it, and we had hot water within 3-4 hours. It was great to have the urgent care, as we had people renting the Airbnb that day, and for the next seven days. TL Sinz hires good people!!
