Ritzman Appliance Co

I just want to give a huge thumbs-up to Ritzman Appliance in Hales Corners. Over the weekend, I noticed a sweet smell coming from my refrigerator, and then the motor started clunking when it finished running. Bit of research gave me answers, and the cost of repair was not worth it on a 20-year-old fridge. I priced out what I wanted at all the Big Boxes and then checked Ritzman. With tax, fast delivery, and haul away, they were still cheaper than the Boxes. I ordered by phone on Monday, and they delivered Wednesday afternoon. The guys were in and out in 20 minutes, very polite, and got me all set up. If anyone needs a new appliance, definitely check them out, especially if you're unable to pick up or haul out on your own. The entire experience (minus having to pay for a new fridge) was 10/10.

I seriously can’t say enough great things about everyone here! We bought ALL our kitchen appliances along with a washer and dryer! The in-store experience was awesome with knowledge about everything and clean environment. The delivery team was GREAT! Very friendly, careful, and helpful with showing what everything does and how to use it correctly. I will 100% recommend to friend, family, and even strangers.

I had a great experience with Ritzman Appliance's once again. On Monday I talked to BJ for advice on which freezer to get that would fit my space. An hour later Jenna was writing up the invoice. On Wednesday it was delivered. They notified me in advance of their ETA for delivery & were there promptly as expected. Super nice delivery guys...job done in 30 minutes. Highly recommend all of the staff.
