Excellent service and product!! Our shopping experience was informative and very laid back, we landed on a basic Maytag washer and dryer set for a great deal. Delivery was scheduled a few days ahead of time and the delivery guys were friendly and efficient. They had to run back to the store to grab a hose extension which they were happy to do. Both machines are quiet and intuitive. Great job all around, we’ll be back.

Horrible experience! I tried to engage them for a repair to my sectional. Talked to them on the phone first. Then went to the store to talk about what I needed. Then emailed pictures of the sectional. Then texted pictures. Then left a voice mail. Then went to the store a second time. They claimed that they didn't get the email, text, or voice mail. They promised that they would get back to me. They NEVER did. They simply ghosted me! I would recommend that you never go anywhere close to this place!

I went shopping there with my son. He bought a very nice bed there and he loves it. It's a Serta Euro, $399. He paid a little extra for them to take the old mattress and for delivery was free. Spell people are very eager to wait on you but do not hassle you which we like. We are very well satisfied customers... there's something to be said about Small Town shopping, its always a pleasant experience 🙂
