Just want to give a shout out for exceptional customer service to Max on January 2nd, 2026.. we had brought our dishwasher to get the motor replaced, picked up NYE eve. Ran a load thru o January 2nd and I heard noise coming from it and opened a couple of times to see if I could see anything. Nope. Let it finish its cycle. I thought I smelled plastic opened and the lower sprayer wasn’t secure. We tried putting back on didn’t want to break it. Called them a within 20 minutes Max wax here and fixed the issue..thank you!! An amazing appliance store. The owners and staff are amazing people. The service has been superb! I will go here for all my appliances because of the personable and professional service and quality of the products. Randy is so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of everything going through the doors. He was also very kind when he and Max came for the installation.

We first visited Apple River Appliance to purchase a new refrigerator, last year. While there, we also purchased a microwave oven. We are very happy with our purchase. The Whirlpool refrigerator keeps everything cool as can be. We just went back and purchased a new 55 " LG TV. The color is absolutely beautiful. We appreciated Randy and Max setting up both the appliances and the TV. They explained everything, including set up, remotes, and gave us some good tips. Customer service at its finest. Highly recommend Apple River Appliance.

When I bought my gas range they had very good pricing. They even ordered one in for me because they didn't have the one I wanted. They also were able to convert it from natural gas to propane. It is nice that we have an appliance store within Amery that has knowledgeable service technicians. They offer much better service and support than any big box store would. If you buy local from them you will be buying from a business that can support your appliance purchase if a breakdown should occur.

Got a nice deal on an entry level refrigerator. The entire transaction was handled over email and phone. Apple River's delivery and removal options matched prices with Best Buy and Sears, and I was able to buy locally. Delivery came with in 5 minutes of the promised time, service was great. All in all a great experience would buy from here again.
