Steve came out and fixed the stove for a Senior I take care of. He came once for a quote and back to do the work. Both times he was professional, explained the cost and had the oven working properly quite quickly. I don’t know why past reviews said they did not get their calls answered or returned mine were.

The three words I would use to describe this business are Professional, Fair and Organized. I just bought an appliance from them. They charged a very reasonable price, showed up exactly when they said they would. Thank you for being reliable. I will buy all the appliance I can from this business going forward.

Scheduled an appointment and the repairman knocked on the neighbor's door, he then left without even calling, checking, or anything. Had to call the company myself and found out why no one showed up, I rescheduled for next week just to give them the benefit of the doubt and when the worker came by told me he didn't even work on top load washers at all. Terrible communication from the company and do not expect timely service in any capacity.

I bought a refrigerator end of October beginning of November, the fan and compressor went out. Called to have them come look at it. They said they could come that day or the next the didn’t know, asked for a better time frame since most of us work said he’d give a call back and I never heard back from them.

Horrible experience. We bought our washer and dryer from them. The washer stoped working. They came and ‘fixed’ it. It’s broke again and they don’t seem to want to honor their warranty. We call they don’t answer or they do, set up a time to check it out and then no show. I’m truly surprised they are still in business. Avoid at all costs ! They will not honor a warranty like they should. They don’t seem to care about keeping loyal customers or their own reputation.
