My family has purchased Bergmann appliances and tvs for decades. A few years ago we purchased a new $4000 kitchenaid refrigerator which has had nothing but problems since the first year. We had to have an external company come out to service it numerous times but it would always break again within a few months. Bergmann’s tells me there is nothing they can do and all we can do is open another repair request. At this point I will look elsewhere to purchase a new refrigerator, that isn’t kitchenaid, from a company that can hopefully stand behind and service the product properly. Very disappointed.

My husband & I bought a New Dishwasher from here, last week! Lynette Is Wonderful. No pressure. She shared & showed us the options & what to Consider! Josh & Cody delivered it, the next day! Great Communication! As we were at the end of their schedule, they were very Professional, & took their time .. did not rush to finish, but .. wanted to Install it thoroughly & right. They even waited for my husband to run to the store & return with something to take care of mice. (So there would be no problems moving forward!) They even Helped us take care of that Extra detail that needed attention. Thank You .. Thank You to your Staff, Team, these 3 for sure! ( & the Beautiful lady in the service department!) We recently purchased a new Maytag washer and this was the most positive experience we've ever had buying a new appliance. Amber knew everything about the appliances I viewed. She was courteous, patient, efficient and genuinely friendly. I ordered on a Thursday and she did everything possible for a quick next day delivery. The delivery team showed up promptly and hauled the old away and installed the new in record time. Like Amber, they were professional and knowledgeable as well as very personable. It pays to shop a local, time honored, hometown busines where you are treated like family. We are sold on Bergmann's and can't thank them enough. We highly recommend them.
