Grebe's

Would not ever use them to fix an appliance again. Sent a guy who hooked up a machine to our dishwasher. He then told us how to fix it. He didn’t fix it but on our bill he states he did. Terrible. Feel like they stole from us. Will only go to Ferguson to purchase high end appliances with great service. Very disappointed.

We have been loyal Grebe’s customers since 2019 when our refrigerator died, as new homeowners we were respected and all the options were laid out for us. We replaced all of our appliances fridge, gas stove and microwave without any pressure selling. Then eventually came the lawn mower and portable dishwasher and just a few days ago we upgraded my knives and invested in a Staub Dutch oven (and a few other kitchen necessities). We’ve always been greeted with friendly faces and everytime gaining more knowledge. I was even shown the proper way to hold my knives when cutting! It’s easy to say we will be lifetime customers. Great selection. Great service. When I travel to the area, I make a point of shopping at Grebe's. They have a selection of kitchen gadgets and small appliances that rivals Williams Sonoma. They have nice gourmet food offerings including many oils and vinegars. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. As I come from out-of-town, I limit myself to purchase or niche kitchen items i can pack for travel. Were I local, I imagine I would also shop there for my appliances- they have a generous selection. When I was last there, the store was full of customers. But it was also full of staff. I received Great service when I needed help with product selections. Grebe's exemplifies the best of locally owned, long-standing businesses. Shop local, shop small, shop Grebe's- you won't be disappointed

Needed a clutch for my cub cadet mower. The other Cub Cadet dealer is very close. Went there first. They told me that they needed the precise information. I provided what I had. But said " it ain't happening " Went to Grebe's they also said that it makes it tough to find the right part. However, the difference is they persevered. I was able to get my part on the way. Thank you guys.
