We called for a service on a Speed Queen washer and the repair technician called us same day (on a Friday night at 5pm). He was able to troubleshoot over the phone based on the error code and got the washer working again. He gave us his cellphone to call with issues and said he’d call us Monday to make sure everything was running as it should! Very impressed with their customer service!! Thank you!

A number of years ago we bought splices from East Town. Just recently we had a problem with our oven and needed a repair person to take a look. Greg at East Town came out. He is exceptional … he knows the products, is an exceptional problem solver and figured out the problem quickly, and did a great job of fixing it in a timely manner. He is pleasant and good at explaining everything. It’s nice to find a local store that has good prices, great service and cares about the customer’s needs. So much better than the big box stores! We highly recommend East Town TV and Appliance in Wautoma.
