When my Amana range was delivered the delivery people didn’t have all of the tools to install it. They borrowed some tools to install it from me however I was told I would need a professional to hook it up to the gas. The line was already there but they said they did not have the correct tool. Even though I was told my delivery charge included hook up I was left with a stove that did not work. I would never purchase here again because the owner claimed he knew nothing about the issue
