Had a problem with my washing machine not wanting to start a cycle. Called their store and they had me on the schedule for a few days later. The Technician they sent out was very knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel stupid he was very helpful. It was a very easy fix. Had my washer back to normal in 10 minutes. Their pricing for service calls is pretty reasonable as well.

I am really impressed with the knowledge and customer service of the Letz's staff. My washer dryer combo is 30 years old, so when my dryer broke I struggled to find the parts I needed to properly repair it. Letz's was able to help me find what I needed to get the job done. They even let me borrow some dryer drum felt seal adhesive because I only needed a little bit and they felt bad making me buy a full tube. Overall, they were very friendly and helpful.

My 1 and only go to place for appliances for all 3 of our properties. The prices are very fair and the knowledge of the employees will leave you very informed.

After dealing with "big box" stores, I'll buy all my appliances here. It wasn't perfect, but I was treated well, communicated with, and when there was an issue they problem solved and didn't throw up their hands.

I purchased a used washer/dryer set from here in August. It was advertised as having been gone through/repaired/cleaned. Of course, I didn't double check those claims as I figured an appliance repair shop would be honest. Upon delivery of the machines, I ran some clothes through the washer. I noticed the drum had a bunch of calcium deposits that were flaking out from inside. I tried running several cleaning tablets through it and have only had more calcium and actual garbage come out of the machine (it's like they found it at the landfill). I called to ask them about this issue and the person I spoke with was very rude and didn't offer anything helpful to try and clean the machine or fix the problem. The attached photos are an attempt to show just some of the stuff that came out of the washer after one cleaning tablet (minus the paper towels). The dryer has rattled from day one and because they offer a 60 day warranty on used machines, I called for an appointment on the dryer. The service person replaced some rollers, but noticed that the machine had several missing screws and some wrong ones too. He put it back together anyway and the machine was quiet for about a day. I called to have them come look at it again within the warranty period and no one showed up for that appointment or called to rearrange anything. Overall, I think this business and the people there are like any other salesmen. They just want your money and they don't care about honesty, integrity, or doing the right thing.
