Avoid like the plague. The whole experience was a nightmare. The salesman couldn't even print us a receipt because "their computers run slow". Then delivery day comes. We paid for brand new in box washer and dryer. The dryer was smashed on the side, and the washer was out of box and filthy plus missing a part. Now we get to wait and see if we will get the refund we request, or if they will try to pull something new.

I went in and purchased a washer and dryer on 2/25/2026. I paid $1800+ in full. Upon delivery I realized that the dryer that was delivered was damaged. I paid for new appliances so thats what I was expecting. I called and got a replacement scheduled. When the replacement arrived, it was found to be a washer and not the replacement dryer that I had requested. After a bunch of back and forth, various attempts to pay me off instead of providing fair replacement, I finally ran out of patience and requested a full refund. I do not feel the products or services provided were sufficient. After a week of zero communication, I was finally contacted today (3/16/2026) and I was told I was only eligible for a $1500 refund when I paid out over $1800. So even a refund requires me to pay almost $300 for their mistakes. I dont feel I should have to pay anything considering this was entirely their fault. Do not buy anything here. The service is so bad that it really doesn't even matter the quality or price of the merchandise. Additionally, I feel that my disability may have contributed to their willingness to attempt to take advantage of me. Update. After about a month, I have finally received my refund and they have their merchandise. What an unnecessary hassle.

Purchased appliances for a new home build. Like most builders, the appliances are stored until opened and installed when the new build is ready for appliances. The refrigerator was opened and there were dents in the doors. Additionally, there are scratches on the handles. The shelves were not wrapped inside, nor were they secure. The refrigerator was either used or a returned item. Contacted customer service and they refused to replace the refrigerator, stating it was past the return date. Called the presidents hotline and absolutely no one has cared to call me about my concern. The company is highly unethical and I recommend no one purchase an item from them because they have no honor or ethics as a company. Customer care is meaningless. Thankfully, there is a campaign in my area where the builders have decided to share stories and not purchase appliances from Appliance Factory due to the unethical nature of their practices. If builders in an entire town have decided to purchase from Home Depot or Lowe’s because they understand the need to return items they purchase in large numbers, then it tells you all you need to know about why you should go elsewhere to purchase you appliances.
