This is a furniture store today. It was 621 when I arrive here they close at seven. The representative, sat at the desk at the back and never once turned around to greet us or say anything to us asked to help after we needed help nothing so on my way out the door after we approved the whole furniture store I told her thank you for your help and she still said nothing. I guess she didn’t want this money cause we were certainly looking to buy.!! Farmers furniture get some representative that will do better!

My wife purchased a recliner from the Macon Rd store in Columbus Ga. 1st issue was the chair was damaged when we received it. We called to have them send someone to repair it. They scheduled it & no one ever showed on numerous occasions. As a result of those actions, we requested that they come to remove the chair or we could bring the chair back to the store. The store manager, Preston now states the chair was sold “as is” which wasn’t told to my wife upon purchase. This is bad customer service. My brother in law was a veteran and he never had the opportunity to enjoy it. I would not recommend anyone purchase anything from this company.

My experience was just OK, not great. We picked up our 2 recliners and the back lot was so freaking nasty, garage everywhere, WOW . They almost let me walk out the door because my sales lady gave us 20% that some guy was not going to honor, so we starting walking, got to the front of store only for him to call us back that the manger approved. Why couldn't the man just called the manager first before he let us walk? This place needs work, y'all need to know how to treat a customer not try to force them to pay full price after I was given the 20%. You need to clean up the back lot super Nasty. Appearance tells a story all by itself. I give 3 star for my salesperson only, she should have stayed with us after she took us to the back counter to make sure there were no problems, which there was. never leave your customer with anyone til they leave the store.
