Angela at Ferguson provided simply excellent service on all plumbing fixtures for our whole-home remodel and addition project, earning high praise from me! She listened patiently and, using her extensive knowledge and experience, worked to meet my objectives over the course of multiple meetings. Enlisting her help was one of the best decisions I made on this project.

The customer service was beyond amazing!! I went in today carrying a sink hose that I was trying to replace (I have absolutely no plumbing experience). The kind woman at the front directed me to someone in the supply area. He was able to identify my hardware and tell me exactly how to get it repaired. Based on this level of customer service, I will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs. Thanks for all of the help!!
