My freezer stop cooling late Friday afternoon. I call everyone and they said I have to wait till Monday before, anyone could come out. I found Tim number on Google call him he said he could come in 30 min . Told me what i needed to do because the freezer over heated 2 hours later it was cooling. Tim call me the next day to check to make sure it was still cooling . That's what I call Great service , very caring and prompt will be the 1st person I call if any of my Appliances goes out. Highly recommend.

Tim came out on a Saturday with his family in tow to look at my washing machine that had stopped spinning. Not only did he find out what the issue was with that, he replaced a completely unrelated part. He even called and checked in with us over the next few days; a true testament to his dedication, genuine concern and professionalism. We're so thankful to have found him.
