Rix's is the best. Someone referred me to Rix's when my refrigerator died . Walked in looked around found what I wanted talk to them a few minutes and the next day they came out brought new fridge. Set up and took old one. Welllll needless to say 2 days ago in need of dishwasher and yep back to Rix's. They are friendly, helpful, and timely. Found the one I wanted and yep next day new machine. Best prices around too. Definitely give Rix's a chance next time your in need!!!!😄😄😄

This is what customer service should be like. The owner's son and the gentleman behind the counter were absolutely amazing. Wow 100% recommend for a good deal and best in class customer service UPDATE Chase came to my home and INSTALLED my washer and dryer. I will be using RIX for my buisness and personal life as long as I live. Thank you

If you need appliances you NEED to go here especially if you’re like me and on a pretty strict budget. I went in looking to find a washer and dryer for an affordable price and asked for a refurbished pair. I walked out spending FAR less than I had anticipated and they delivered and installed both within two days. Even when my dryer needed a new timer Rick drove all the way out to my house AFTER HOURS to come and fix it. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful and should I be needing any more appliances you can catch me at Rix! Truly a delightful organization that can work with just about any price range. I know it sounds like I’m just blowing smoke, but I genuinely can’t say enough good things about them.

Our refrigerator died overnight. We found some decent deals at Home Depot and Lowe’s, but all of them were at least a week out for delivery. We went to Rix‘s and told him what we needed. It took him about one minute to find a LG model that met our needs-27 cu.ft, side by side. His prices were fair and we set up delivery for the very next day, which was the smoothest appliance delivery I’ve ever experienced. The guy was on time, efficient, and left no trace of the new refrigerator packaging. He took all the precautions to make sure the refrigerator was not damaged as well as our walls and front door as he brought it in. The new refrigerator looks great!
