The staff was very helpful in explaining certain technical aspects of the appliance I was buying. Actually warning me of pitfalls to watch out for which I was familiar with. Saw that. That was an honest answer that they gave me. Gladly offered To help me load it and secure it to my truck. Reminded me of the warranty not to hesitate to call if any problems should arise. The price was very good. I I will shop there again and highly recommend it. I'm a grown man and I trust very few people but I feel like if you want to protect your budget and personal economy, this is a good store to shop at.

I bought a stack washer and dryer ( used ) from Valley Appliance about 5 weeks ago. My tenant noticed water under the unit and on his bathroom floor. The folks at Valley honored the 60 day warranty and replaced a defective hose at no charge. I have used them for all my rental property appliances and they are great. Thanks y’all!

I read all the reviews to this place before going to visit. My dyer has been going out and I asked if they sell parts also, no they don’t- no big deal though! I asked where their cheapest dryers are and they pointed me in the direction. As I went to look, the man answered all my questions and walked over to show me the cheapest one they have. However, when I opened the door of the one I liked, there was a couple roaches. Now me personally, I had to walk right out of there. I understand we are in the south but honestly as an appliance store, there should be a standard of cleanliness. Prices are good for the quality of appliances though! Customer service was good and they even recommended me to someone I can contact about a part for the dryer!

I needed to find appliances before moving into a house. I shopped several places in Phenix City and then Valley appliance. One place in Phenix City had junk, I was not impressed. The next place I went was over priced and had no layaway. Then I shopped at Vally appliances. Good prices, has a warranty, and offered layaway. Was impressed so far, will see how it goes once I load them in the truck and move them into the house.
