I had a wonderful experience with this store. When my furniture was delivered, one of the bed rails had been broken during transit. I called the store, and they quickly arranged for a replacement part. The delivery team even returned later that same day to assemble the bed. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional, and genuinely willing to help. I really appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue and made sure everything was completed correctly. In the end, everything turned out great, and most importantly, my father was very happy with his new furniture. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
