I am absolutely ecstatic to leave a testimonial of my positive experience with this business. My wife and I purchased a Samsung refrigerator and commercial microwave from Annie & Al's. We initially put the items in storage, in hopes of installing, once we did a kitchen remodel. Well, we had to pause the kitchen remodel and decided to go ahead and put the new fancy refrigerator to immediate use. However, once installed, we had a little issue with the water dispenser not working. We wound up reaching out to Alex [Al?]. First off, he immediately responded and came out to our house on a late Friday afternoon. He was patience and tried his best to remedy the problem. However, he promised to return the following Monday with another try at it. He showed up on Monday, wasn't able to fix the problem, but...he connected us LIVE to Samsung, via a phone call. He stayed and communicated, along side me, the problem. Samsung was a little stubborn about sending their own technician out, but Alex helped me communicate the need for Samsung to send their tech pronto. I now have an appointment with Samsung's tech, thanks to Alex. Folks, go see Alex [Al] and Annie, if you need quality appliances, with the great service to boot. You won't be sorry!

Had a great experience here! Bought a washer and dryer set and the technician who helped me was super helpful in getting the right set for me from what was available, they have a lot of rotating stock so if you don’t see something that time wait a week or so if you can and they will have more stuff available! If I do it again I will not do the delivery service though however, but they are a third party so I still give A&A 5stars all day!

Bought fridge here - dont even bother going to Lowe's Outlet. Same exact fridge we bought for $1090 at Annie's was $1700 at Lowes. Also Annie's gave even more of discount for cash purchase. Get manufacture warranty as well. They put in back of our truck at no extra cost. We'll go here first for any of our next appliance purchases.

These Rocket City rock stars are killing it! Had us all lined up with a new fridge, dryer, and washer. Got us in our budget and the new gear looks good. Delivery guy was super speedy and did a great job as well. He’s a really busy guy, so be patient and you’ll get great delivery and install service.
