Professional appointment process by phone. Technician communicated well about arrival time. Jordan was very knowledgeable about our appliance issue and had appropriate tools and parts on hand. He went an extra mile so to speak in assisting us with adjusting our refrigerator doors. I would definitely call Cullman Appliance Repair again and recommend them for appliance repair and service.

Jordan is great! He came over to inspect our washer that wasn't performing right, and I'm satisfied with the end result! I feel the price was fair. Ben did an awesome job! Got a call saying he was ahead of schedule and would it be ok for him to come on. He was friendly and efficient. Diagnosed the problem and had to order a part. Will be back Thursday to fix my dryer. Very impressed!
